Since 2008, I have been organizing and conducting training workshops for various multinationals and SMEs, covering intercultural and soft skills.

Workshops are an extremely powerful medium by which a truly transformative learning can be delivered to groups both large and small. I do it by matching desired outcomes to the specific learning style, needs and position of the participants, using interactive processes and innovative resources.

Participant size has varied from small groups (up to 5 participants) to medium groups (up to 60 participants).
